Shree Arvind college of Pharmacy (SACP), Balasore have started in 2025 - 26 by Balasore Technical Educational Society (BTES), Balasore to impart quality education to pharmacy students coming from rural areas and equip them with the necessary competencies to meet the growing global demands of the pharmaceutical industry, academia, research, and patient care areas. The college is located at Heart of the Balasore Town, situated on Balasore, Ranipatna and placed in 1.2 acres of lush green serene environment. The college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi and is affiliated with Odisha University of Health Sciences (OUHS), Odisha State Board of Pharmacy, Bhubaneswar. The institution offers a Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) (2-years course) followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) Programme (4-years course).
